What exactly is a ‘Pe’yarno’, Macca?

During the last six weeks the weather in the UK has been totally shit. It has rained almost constantly and often it has bordered on the biblical. Will it ever end?
Bad weather generally means spending more time indoors, and in the UK spending more time indoors usually equals WATCHING LOADS OF TELLY.
Anyway.
During one such rainy day recently I saw something that I haven’t seen for about 20 years, and I still don’t know why it intrigues me, but I’ve always been baffled as to why Macca pronounced the word ‘Piano’ in such a way in this tune.
(Love the middle 8 /coda thing, but…)
